I ordered couple of things from pepperfry.com. The products were delivered separately and delivered very early . I also got annoyed that the products are coming by different couriers but later on I checked the site. There was online chat. The person on the site, said that the products will be delivered shortly and by different couriers. Also I saw that on buying products from the site, the details are clearly shown, along with the courier numbers. I am quite contented by this site.
