The lamp that I got from pepperfry came with a scratch and it was in a very bad condition with the lamp shade torn and bent, for which they agreed for a partial refund after which once I used it for the first time, It blew my fuse off. They are telling they cannot do anything about it. Absolutely don’t care about the customers.Bad quality and hazardous stuff sold.better go buy from good stores after seeing the products.Also no COD facility and no easy returns.Customer care agents are very unprofessional as well. Avoid!
