Pepperfry’s discounts are great (which has been discontinued lately). I had bought a creative headset (order number 100326659). But the good feeling of getting a good discount is taken away by the bad delivery time. It took almost 10 days for me to receive the product. There was no update also. When I had called the customer service person told me that the item is yet to be shipped and will be shipped in 2-3 days. But the item reached me the next day! This makes me wonder what kind of a system they have in place to trace the item.
