I ordered a frame from Pepperfry, if got delivered in pieces. I contacted the customer care and they asked me to send pictures of the damaged piece. Post which they want me to send the piece back to them. Please don’t buy anything from this site. The only thing that the customer care people could say was ’sorry’. It is better to purchase and buy from other online stores.
