I had given an order (No. 100630615). The website says free shipping if you pay online. I did, and to my surprise the courier said they don’t deliver to my area, as it is on the outskirts of the city. Pepperfry.com refused to acknowledge my problem and told me to deal with the courier company on my own.
I had to go to the courier office personally and collect the product.
