I ordered a XXXL bean bag from pepperfry.com and I was very impressed by the quality of the product and the on call services. The product reached me on time. I really loved the services. Apart from that customer sales executives were very good.
The only thing I have a complaint with is they don’t really give a descriptive information about the product. The product that I ordered black fake leather and the picture shown to me was glossy black. And when I received it was kinda matt looking. But I’m happy with the product .
