My order number in Pepperfry was 300788511 . this was the first time ordering from pepperfry. we quite often order from Fabfurnish & at times assembly furniture from Amazon. We have always been satisfied by the services of Fabfurnish etc. But my first order from Pepperfry was dissapointing. First the wall shelves order were broken. Not in transit. but a broken piece was packed. . strangely some email mentioned was no longer taking complains - so called customer care. Anyways could make them understand - and get refund - as well as returned the product. The selections are modest to good - prices slightly on the higher side. though we had availed the republic day discounts. Will not but products from Pepperfry - nor would reccomend.
