We bought a revolving chair on line and they promised a delivery by 22nd Nov but the item never came till beg Dec’14 and when we forced them for supply they sent the item with wrong fitting and we could never fit the chair at all.
They said to send a carpenter who never even turned up for 10-15 days and it was too late to return the item. This is fraudster company who is never bothered about customer concerns at all.
Never ever deal with pepper fry as the promoters are never in the picture and you cannot escalate the complaint.
Fraud fraud and legal suits are the best for them. We are trying to file a legal suit against them.
Worst ever experience.
