They started sending damaged items, low quality items and now used products. Pepperfry guarantees the products, but the catch is that they ask us to courier back the damaged item. Instead paying heavy courier charges almost more than half the item price, we compromise and use the damaged or used items.
Better not to buy from them, so they may come down with better service and support.
