I ordered quite a few products from Pepperfry and all of it got delivered in right condition except for one, and following up with customer service on this has taken away all the good feeling about this website.
I am being punished for their delivery of damaged products and what the customer service has to say.’I am sorry this is the company norms and I am here to help you’. Help me? No help at all. The customer service is fit for one thing, give complaint number and nothing else.
