If I had a chance of rating them negatively, I would do so.
Picked up a sofa about 6 months back and had complaints within the warranty of excess sagging and fading of the upholstery color.
Blue color sofa fabric is already half grey now and every time the sofa is cleaned using a wet cloth, you can see dye coming out. Pepperfry claims that upholstery has no warranty but the website clearly states otherwise
Next is the sagging issue - in 6 months the cushion sags 20% down into a "U" shape and customer care has just stuffed more cushion and sent back . See below their response
"This was to inform you, the team has added foam to avoid the sagging issue in the product "
and they returned the sofa completely soiled and I had to spend to clean this.
Pathetic customer care, pathetic products, Substandard. never buy from peperfry . Local kirana wala store is 100 times better . I’m lodging a legal complaint against them!
