I ordered for 2 bedspreads a week back and got it delivered. The new one came half dirty. Will anyone use the product without washing? How would we know in what condition it has come? So, I washed the new bed sheets and the bed sheets are half shrunk. Its a single bed sheet 2 no.s for which I paid INR 900 and now it looks like a big towel.
When I wrote to them, instead of asking the supplier, they wrote me back that they will not be able to replace the bed sheets. There is no point in talking to them I think as now there is no response to even my emails.
My purchase nos are (EC-131910) (EC-132022) (EC-132303) (EC-132664). Anyways be BEWARE of this company. Don’t loose your money.
