I req for a wardrobe on 13/dec. I was told it will be delivered between16-dec to 20-dec.i have been calling daily and everyday I am given a new excuse-starting from its under procurement to quality check to unavailability of vehicle for delivery-i have been told everything. yesterday I asked for cancellation and refund. I receive email saying they could not connect with me because MY MOBILE WAS OFF.which incidentally cannot be the case. As of now, I am on hold to speak with supervisor for last 20 min, hez busy-his supervisor is busy and his superior is unavailable and there is obviously no one in entire pepperfry who can deal with me. after which I am conveniently told refund is processes within 7 days-ITS WRITTEN IN TERMS& CONDITION after all
