PepperTap.com is one of the best application to buy groceries online. I made three orders with them all the orders were delivered on time with out any issues. The best thing is delivery assurance in less than 2 hours. The mobile application of PepperTap is very much user friendly.
Good things about them is that they deliver on time and the customer service is fair enough not that spectacular! I hope they act more effectively. I got to earn so much referrals, they launch a lot of discount codes occasionally. Enough of the good things, now the bad ones, majority of the times, the products are not what you ordered but the substitutes, which is alright but they need to inform us, ask us what do we require, because happy customer, happy business! . the bags are not of good quality and they send their frozen items in a plastic bag, which to me doesn’t make sense. They get spoiled easily, splattered, squished.I spoke to them about this but they did not have an alternative, they gave me response that the bag is recyclable, etc etc.It doesn’t help. My friends whom I referred they experienced the same deal and they were cursing me alright but then they eventually accepted it and they love peppertap.
