I do drink Pepsi/Coke etc. I drink about 5 cans per year!!! But dont recommend it to youngsters. Reasons are many
1) If drunk by young children it could affect their appetite. I have seen many kids who insist on having Cola with their lunch and dinner and then end up with half finished food. Another serious effect is a hyperactive child. With so much energy left in the body, they become uncontrollable.
2) Speaking of Energy, the sugar content in a single can of Cola is almost 6-7 spoon fuls.
3) People who drink Cola instead of water risk their health. They could end up having stones in the bladder and/or kidney. Think of body odour, one of the causes is not drinking enough water.
4) Ladies beware of Urinary tract infection which could result from lack of water intake!!
I just cant think of one good reason to drink Cola.
