Pepsi is a product of PepsiCo Company and Pepsi was created in the year 1893. In starting it was known as Brad’s Drink but later in the year 1898 it was renamed as Pepsi –Cola.
Ingredients:- Carbonated Water, Sugar Phosphoric acid, Caramel Color, Caffeine Citric Acid and High Fructose Corn Syrup are the main Ingredients of Pepsi. There are 150 calories in 355 ml Pepsi Bottle. Pepsi also contains Carbohydrates and caffeine. Pepsi is nothing but Artificially Sodas with color.
Few Harmful effects of drinking Pepsi:-
This soft drink can decrease the metabolism.
It can cause Diabetes because of High Sugar.
High pH( 3.2) level can damage teeth.
Myths about Pepsi( which are not true):-
Pepsi can cause Reproduction problem.
Kidney Failures.
There are so many Myths about Pepsi and many of then are not true. Pepsi contains carbonated water and this water contain lots of Carbon Die Oxide which is not a very good choice to Drink. I am sure that Pepsi is not healthy at all and not it good for children. I used to drink Pepsi sometimes but I will not recommend these soft drinks to anyone. Instead of drinking soft drinks, you should have to drink fresh fruit juice.I have decided to write a review on this product when I checked it pH and I found that it is high.
