I have been a regular buyer from Perfumecrush but I had a very bad experience with my last purchase.

One of the perfumes in my order was a "Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male" 125 ML EDT.
I have received the order yesterday 13th Dec’115 since there was heavy flooding in Chennai and the airport was closed with no courier connectivity to the city.
When I opened the parcel, to my surprise the packing of the perfume was extremely damaged. I am attaching the pictures taken of the perfume in the condition that I have received. Please check.
I spoke to their business executive Mr.Sumit Kumar and to my amusement he told me that it is just the outside packing that is damaged. This clearly shows that they were completely aware that the perfume box is damaged and still shipped it to me.
No one buys a perfume with a packaging that is damaged to this extent. That’s why Perfumecrush itself have a separate category called damaged box perfumes which they sell at a much lower price.
The one that I bought was a proper one and not from the damaged box category but still look at the attached pictures in what condition I have received the perfume.
"Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male" 125 ML EDT is a premium perfume and I cannot settle for such a damaged piece for which I have paid a premium price for.
I only hope someone from Perfumecrush will own up for this mistake and replace the perfume. My repeated calls to Mr. Sumit is not getting answered so I have very little hopes.
