I ordered for a Chanel perfume on this website for my family and never got it. The customer service is callous and very unresponsive. They say initially it will take 4-5 days for the product to be delivered. Then when I call up again, after 3 days, they say the product is UNAVAILABLE and I could place an order for some other perfume of the same cost.
When I request for a refund, They do not respond and finally when I email, they say it will take 2-3 working days for the request to be processed. Its been more than 10 days and I haven’t got my refund back!
This website is pathetic. I request nobody to buy anything from them! I wish there were negative ratings option available because this website deserves one!
