I ordered a lehenga online and was told it would be shipped within 4 weeks.
I waited 4 weeks and did not receive an update. I emailed customer service who initially responded to my email and said it will be shipped in a week.
I emailed back again after 7 days and was told the same. By this time I was beginning to get wary and I emailed again and asked to be provided an estimated date of shipping instead of " will be next week". I did not get a response.
I called their customer service who pretended not to hear me and hung up. The same happened on 3 consecutive days and they stopped responding to my emails. I am now registering a complaint with my credit card company and also with online fraud department here in US. I hope no one else is put through this. I cannot believe they call themselves a reputable shopping site for designer wear and have such poor customer service or are really outright fraudulent.
