I ordered a very expensive suit from Perniapopupshop.com, priced at 50k, they assured me that that I will get the suit in 3-4 weeks, and if not, they will refund 10% if the cost(as written on site).
After 2 weeks, I called them up and asked them, they said, they have no idea right now, and will update shortly. I never got a call from them.
After another week, I called them up, they said, they still haven’y received any update from the designer and will update me after they know something.
I got the suit after 3 months, after the function I was supposed to wear to had already passed. They are neither refunding the money they owe me, nor taking the suit back. On top of this, the people are denying that they have done anything wrong and aren’t ready to listen anything.
