People with exceptional capabilities have been left with no options but to exodus to preserve themselves. the current crop is mostly comprised of misfits of sorts. You are paid wages to sin. Perverts, sex predators, misfits rule the roost.
Everyone knows why that IITian jumped off the roof, or why good looking girls are deliberately allocated to a particular person’s team, and how HR colludes with these lust mongers for pleasures of flesh over ethical business, and why some senior folks can openly grope girls in broad public glare.
