I have joined as a lateral entry. Though I have been moved from many projects for their convinience, I am very much impressed with their salaries, apprisals, and facilities. U need to be choosy in selecting approject for you. I recommend joining this comp for Developers. and for Process guys, should not expected much and for testing guys, not so good in opportunities for Automation or Domainwise.
