I hired Pest Control India(PCI) because it is the largest pest control service provider in India. They charge more than other providers owing to their brand name. But, believe me, it is not worth it - I found them to be quite unprofessional and unreliable. So I suggest going for the cheapest option and not bother with ’branded’ services like PCI.
I had to schedule my pest control for a weekday(Wednesday) because on weekends they give preference to corporates. So I requested them to come by 9:45 am because I had to get to office. Despite repeated assurances by both sales and operations teams that they will come at the promised time, the team was more than one and a half hours late. By then I had already done hours of preparation like removing utensils from kitchen etc. so I could not even re-schedule. So I had to leave for office, luckily my brother was home to get it done.
I have no idea what treatment PCI has done as I could not be present. They have charged 15, 000 for 3 different treatments and I have no explanation of what all has been done.
Will not recommend PCI to any of my friends. I have heard from one of my colleagues that Hi-Care is quite good so next time will try them out and hope for a better experience.
