If you go to see a movie at CineMax Thane, then the place to eat Peter Wong. It is just ahead on the main road. It is the best Chinese place in Thane and beats some of the so-called good Chinese eating places in Mumbai hands down. The food is uniformly good and the service as well. Everyone in Thane swears by this restaurant. Peter Wong also serves a wide variety of continental dishes, though it is more famous for Chinese.
The Continental food is tasty, professionally prepared and presented well. The ambience of the restaurant is excellent. The tables are spaced apart and there are large glass windows facing the road. The waiters are polite. You get to see a mixed crowd here. Lots of families but couples as well. Most days except weekend evenings one can get a place to sit. Otherwise it’s best to make a reservation. There is ample parking.
