Hi, Two days back I ordered the tablets from online and they are giving instant Flat 20% discount. Once the order is confirmed then they are sending payment link to pay. I initially doubted that they don’t even have direct payment gateway integration. But they delivered it and the product was in good condition. Only thing is they don’t have coverage for all ares even in metro city like Hyderabad.few areas only they are delivering. If we cancel/reject they are not charging any extra amount.
But still they have some opportunity to improve the process like update the order. Currently they are not supporting to change the order, we have to cancel and make fresh order.
