My sample collection was denied citing personal problems of collector and immediately I raised complaints on the same and was confirmed to assign other collector which was not so no one bothered to call nor messaged and post that without my confirmation it was rescheduled for tomorrow 28th fev2022 and when checked with call centre to my surprise remarks mentioned as sample collector was not able to reach me and I was not available at home this is nonsense.They did not even bothered to check my complaint if the service is this way how accurate will be test results I can understand most unprofessional service
