Pharmeasy is completely lacking moral responsibility towards their claimed service.
very disappointed service providing by this organization, I never recommend for this company. here is some example why
1) if you have taken the plus membership you will not get any appointment of any doctor . now I am trying to get the slot but its available any slot right now. some times if you will get the slot that means you are so lucky . I don’t know how to get the doctor consultancy I think its easy to get the god darshan if you will pray honestly . but you will never get the doctor consultancy if you are in emergency then definitely you will loose your life.
I called many times to the call center but they dont know how to talk with patient. they are completely unprofessional guys over there. they will never connect the line if you want to escalate your matter.
totally disappointed never register with this company, they are completely money minded.
