Pharmeasy is completely lacking moral responsibility towards their claimed service.
Even after completing more than 48 hours of sample collection of my father who is 74yrs old i have no clue about the availability of report. I need to immediately consult the doctor with the report and none of the department of pharmeasy including customer service is interested in responding to my request. The phone lines well keep you on hold for hours and hours.. No live person is there to respond. Only their answering machine appreciates your patience.
I am sitting at hospital to consult doctor without the report. I have no idea what he is going to prescribe. I am not sure whether I am that lucky to get an experienced doctor who can diagnose the patient and understand the situation without any report. I can understand doctors definitely need reports
Let me remind pharmeasy that the service that they claim is not only a money making business. They are dealing with patients and dont keep them waiting. If you and your lab are running short of staffs during this pandemic..which we all can understand ..pls atleast have courtesy to inform the customer and do not collect their sample just to keep them waiting for days and weeks. Dont give false commitments.
I will never approach pharmeasy anymore and will never recommend it to anyone!!
