The Phicomm C630 set hangs after sometime if WiFi Hotspot enabled or if the user is on any messenger chat like Facebook (when specifically using Jio 4G connection). Once the set hangs, no button will function, the only option it lefts, is to rebooting the set after removing the back cover and by reinserting the battery. Once hanged, the light of the screen mostly goes off or sometime there is a bright light on the screen for fraction of a second then the light goes off, sometime it hangs soon after the set vibrates for quarter of a second.
Earlier, I have given the set for warrantee service, it is still under warrantee service but the problem still persists except it does not get heated as it was getting heated earlier. I had faith and admiration in the brand but I have almost lost it due to said bad experience. I don’t know whether ultimately the company is capable to rectify the same problem or I have to go to the consumer court or suffer a financial loss, I am not sure. I can see another person suffering the same problem that I am still facing.
I intent to send the set for relevant rectification and wait to see what happens next. A manufacturing defect is not easily serviceable.
