Well, I brought this 43 inch LED TV from the retail showroom of philips in 2019. Initially, it was running fine but after 3-4 months black spots started coming on the screen and after some time the frequency of those black spots increased.
So, I called customer care and as the product was in warranty the local service dealer ordered some parts and asked me to wait for 2-3 days which apparently got converted into a long months time. Finally, the part arrived and TV started running smoothly again.
Just after one month, the whole TV screen blacked out and this time even audio was not coming, again the vicious cycle of following up with customer service center started and again they ordered parts and after long wait of 3 weeks TV started again. As of now, I had lost my confidence on product and I sold the same on the OLX that too at very cheap price.
