I recently purchased a sub woofer speaker from Philips and was little dissapointed with it. The packaging of the woofers was good but when I plugged to play, one of the speaker was not working. I complained immidiately to the service center and they promiced to send a guy to look after the problem but no body came for a week.
I again complained to them and they said they would replace the whole woofer system and get me a new one. I was happy about it. All these things starting from receiving the woofer to exchange with a new one took just a month. I was really unhappy with the service provided by philips and hope they wouldn’t do it again with anyone.
