Good Day friend. I want to share my disgusting experience with Philips TV. I had bought it from Snapdeat in May 2016. It stopped working on 13 July 2016. I had complained to both snapdeal and philips regarding poor quality of product atleast 6 time but no on bothered to hear it or replace the poor quality product. Snapdeal person forwarded contact no of Ahmedabad service centre of philips. Philips customer care always gave contact details of the service mangers. The most shamfull thing occure product within 1 year warranty had not spare available in city like Ahmedabad. It took more than a month to arrange a simpe panel board. At last senior engineer found that it there was no issue in panel board, the remote control was continuously emmitting signals that causes on and off of panel.
I suggest thain twice before buying philips product.
