I’m writing in point by point:
1) If you’re looking for a tv to play movie from your usb device, this is not the one you’re looking for. the picture quality of the usb player is very low, and it doesn’t support all formats. you have to use some external device to do that, I connected it with computer, and now it’s okay.
2) the first thing you have to do after buying this tv is, you must set the sharpness level of all sources to zero. I mean select each of the source( hdmi1, hdmi2, usb.) and adjust the picture setting, set the sharpness to zero. the sharpness setting kills the picture.
3) you have to reduce the color level also, the default color setting givies bleeding colors.
4) the sound quality is very poor. flat sound and no bass. you have to hook it with a home theater system to get good sound. but keep in mind that, the tv volume level has nothing to do with the volume of externally connected speakers. you have to adjust the source volume to control.
5) If you intend to connect your pc, don’t use hdmi. always use vga cable to connect pc. the picture quality of hdmi connection is very poor. I’ve tried every setting in the tv to get a decent picture over hdmi, but was not successful. so use a vga connection, and for audio, use the audio input jacks present at the bottom.
6) If you don’t have a spare PC to connect with a TV, you can buy a raspberry pi and use the OS kodi Linux, it’s really good. Or you can byr an android tv box for around 4k inr.
7) the hd channels from the set top box looks very good.
8) The build quality and looks are good, I’m satisfide.
