Bought this product on June-17, working very well on the lines of hope I have no problems with a colorful light sign because it changes in the different phase of air purification.
The air quality sensor is trapped in red even if the purifier has been working for hours in a small closed room
After running for 3 hours with closed doors and windows, I’m still looking lighter red. My flat is not big Ideal for this purifier I wonder if light will ever change in any other color has removed all the filter packaging materials, I think other users have also given the same problem. So looks like a problem with this product
On top of that I tried contacting helpdesk number, chat, whatsApp. No answer from anywhere, I was in good perception of a good company, beliefs and hopes were broken To change the filter is only 4000 cost per year) then be wise and try some other substitute.
