We made some french fries as soon as we got the product, (yesterday) and they were absolutely fantastic - crisp and just like the ones you get in fast food joints (but minus the oil and guilt).
The time and effort required was minimal. I always thought food had to be unhealthy to be super tasty, but this air fryer has busted this myth.
It does take up a little space, but it is worth the extra space. The recipe book that comes with it has Indian recipes and includes recipes for samosas, gujjiyas, channa dal vadas, baingan/brinjal dishes etc.
Philips has done a good job in including these relevant recipes for Indians. I would say this is a great product for a small family with kids.
I have tried making several Indian and International recipes in the airfryer and they come out really well.
