Lad from India

Like the true Indian Loyal Customer that I am, I decide to purchase a DVD 625K and it works fine for some time. In the 10th month I get an idea that the ad that they put for the player that it reads even scratched discs is not true at all. I have a CD that does not play well and skips like crazy in the 625K but reads like a dream in My CD ROM drive as well as my sony GN90D....

I go ahead and make a complaint to my local retail store from where I purchased the product and guess what he says....’’I told you that very day to purchase a MITASHI DVD player but No you would not listen to me and now you deserve it’’. (well those were not his exact words but then he was trying to say the same thing)

He and me try our level best to get hold of the local service personal. This boy comes over, cleans the lens with a ear cleaning bud and plays the cd and it skips...he tells me that the CD was bad....and we end up in a argument about getting this issue fixed....I am still awaiting the replacement for the loader (part that contains the lens and the tray) and the warranty is over and is still not here.

PHILIPS SUCKS BIG TIME

Now philips should put thier act together and get these players up to date and stand by thier products ads that they so cleaverly give on TV

Thanks
