I purchased this product last year from Fliparts sister concern (LetsBuy.com). Product was delivered at home in 3 days with excellent packing. I was very happy with Letsbuy services.

USB playback,
FM radio,
Divx play,
All at a very attractive price
Cons:
No hdmi,
slow in dvd reading (all players take this time),
bad after sales service.
It got some issue in its power supply circuit in the month of June. I logged complaint at philips service center 3 times after interval of 1 month each time but everytime they closed complaint without any comment. Even they never tried to call me to ask about problem in product. I escalated the issue to senior person but even then I got no call from service centre. Finally I got it repaired at market for nominal charges (80Rs).
Now few days back I got a call from philips customer care, he said you product is not in warranty so you have to pay for repairing charges. I was shocked why he called me after 3 months of my last complaint. And I do have bill which states it has 1 Year warranty but he says product is not in warranty.
I shouted him and put down phone. I will never buy philips again..
I will go for Sony, LG... any but not philips..
Well I have no issues with flipkart/letsbuy because they do their best in delivering product.
but I think sometimes many companies do not provide good after sales service which is frustrating.
LG is best for after sales service.
Flipkart - I would recommend you to help your customers for after sales service if they are getting issues as mine. I know you have a very good 30 days replacement warranty but please help to people who purchased from you and are victims of bad after sales service (under warranty) like me. :)
