I have purchased Philips FW-D596, within 1 month only the problem started. It started showing error Carousel block... unpluged, first I taught it might be minor problem or some CD problem, it error continue to became worst & worst. When I contacted philips service centre they took more than 2 months to repair that problem that also in warranty period, continually sent them emails, call them repeatedly to philips service centre but they give some kind of nonsense execuse.
I asked them to replaced the product or give me two month extension warranty, which they had totally wasted, but they were not ready.
I fear again there is some problem in DVD Player, if I call philip service centre, I dont think they repair the product this year, when in warranty they took 2 month, now product warranty period is finished... God Know what they do?.. itz totally waste of hard earned money.
BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PHILIPS PRODUCT.....
