I bought this product and was surprised when I got to see its actual size as it is damn small and takes a lot to operate on it. It is no bigger than a USB thumb drive, buttons are microscopic and the LCD screen is of the size about a postal stamp due to which even the full name of the songs are not visible to the user.
Songbird a media player whose performance is terrible installs automatically whenever this device is plugged in to the computer or laptop leading to slow performance and the device hangs also the device does not sync properly.one can go for Windows media player to sync with device.
4 GB is a lot for the storage of songs also the option of expanding the memory is available and it takes a lot of time to go through the whole playlist .
