I bought this because I thought it was a good idea to cook food and maybe weight loss.
First, it works perfectly, I have tried French fries, tikki, nuggets and even baking frozen Naan and Tandoori roti.
Works well as described and reasonably quick. But dont think of feeding a big family with it. It is mainly for "two and a half men" or 1.2 children families.
Secondly, losing weight, it is unlikely because you would end up reducing the fat but eat a lot more potatoes!
The manual should also include dishes like- Baingan ka bharta and Daal Bati churma.
I have put together a collection of Airfryer recipes, here is a link: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqH_GG24TkpKe_iulTSsRTI8JheauBM3t
