I have bought this toaster in Diwali so it is quite long time since I am using it.and I have really noticed the great issue with this toaster from the day I have bought it that the non stick coating of this toaster is not so good the bread stick on it after using two or three times continuously. Where is the company claims that the non stick layer is so good that you don’t need to apply any oil on the toast to prevent sticking of Toast on it.but I have noticed that you have to apply the oil after two or three use otherwise it will stick on the toaster. Moreover the cable provided by the company is of very short length and it is very difficult for me to reach the plug. So I have to use a extension cable to make this toster work. Which is the very bad part of it and no one can accept such a big issue from a brand like Philips.
