I have been using this Philips Electric Cooker for past one and half years. In the beginning it was working good and actually it is very easy to handle, it is user friendly. Style and design is good.
But the problem I observed is, the switch should actually turn off when the rice is cooked, but it will turn off only when the water is completely dry and the rice at bottom starts burning which is really not good. And even the plug material heats up so much that it starts melting just after few minutes.
Regarding the repair and service I am unable to reach them. It is easy to use but still I am not happy with this product.
