The motherboard went out within twenty days of purchase, rendering the machine inoperable. After chasing the service center for ten days, I finally had a repairman come to take a look at it. He took away the fried motherboard for 15+ days, and Ive still not had it fixed. They tell me the replacement board is being delayed in shipment. Net result is my stove has been out of use for longer than it has been in use. I didnt expect to run around so much.
Both the repair tech and the service center manager tell me this machine is having a lot of complaints related to the board, roughly one in two fail.
If this was not within warranty, the repair would cost a little over thousand rupees, which is half the cost of a new machine.
All told, I dont recommend buying this machine.
