Hello friends, I bought Philips dry iron box two months back. Today I am going to review this product. Philips is one of the branded company so I prefer to buy this one. The major problem is that when we ironing Cotton clothes, sometimes it gets overheated or it has less steam. If I fixed that option as cotton also it is not functioning properly. To iron wrinkled dress its difficult . The steam is not stable. So we should be very careful. Otherwise it burns. One day I got electric shock while ironing then I put that iron box in top and I bought new one. The quality of wire and coil is bad. We can’t control the heat for different cloth materials. The wire is too short. It is not user friendly. The customer support is too worst.
