I bought this product some time back and after the purchase, I am facing problem in Chutney Jar. Its blade is useless. Initially service fellows were just trying to convince me about the blade but finally I made a strict customer complain on Dec 17, 2009 but even after that I am struggling to get the blade replaced, Moreover, there is no response from customer care. Every time whenever I call their customer care centre @ Gurgaon.
I get some firm commitment that within a week the problem will resolved but it never happens. The person who attends your call will never give you service manager no. At the max you can talk to some supervisor and he will assure you that problem will get resolved which never happens. I spoke to two such gentlemen and I have enough of promises by now.
Now since I know their name, they don’t even come on the phone. I never expected such a POOR service from this MNC. So I just want to communicate BEWARE of Philips.
