Purchased Philips HL 1643 mixer grinder for Rs.2, 869/- on 23-1-2016 and using since then. Ordered only on the previous night and the item was delivered in Hyderabad in the next morning. Probably due to the location of the seller at Mahboobnagar.
Its only a OK, OK mixy. As somebody already commented, its really super silent when it is not used. But we have to admit that the noise is comparatively less.
Stainless steel quality is ok.
Blades are not up to the mark so you cannot expect the finest grinding output. My experience shows it took more time for grinding roasted coffee beans into a powder form.
The base unit is solid. Its rubber bushes firmly sits on the ground which may be one of the reasons for lesser noise. But we have to wait and see what happens once the rubber bushes worn out.
The cable and plug remind me a Chinese toy. Pathetic from Philips.
