Its been many months since I bought this mixer grinder. I am not completely satisfied with this product as it vibrates a lot during operation which is much higher than any other I have used. My experience with this mixer is not so good hence the only button is too hard to revolve easily and this much of vibrations make operation difficult. Therefore for me this is not the best mixer grinder under 2, 000 rupees.
User friendly:
This mixer grinder is not user friendly for me. The product quality is poor and operating is also hard. It comes with two jars and the caps are so hard to put or to remove. There is not place where you can put your hand to have an easy grip and take the cap off or put it on.
Durability:
After only few weeks I started facing issues with the button to turn on/off or to increase the speed of the blade. Mixer just stops while I try to go from point 1 to 2 or coming back from 2 to 1. I realized it after using it few times. This for me was a bad experience as I did not expect this kind of product after paying such a sufficient amount.
Handy:
As I already told I did not like the build quality of the mixer and also it was not working fine for me, therefore I can not say that this mixer is handy.
style and design:
style and design of the mixer is satisfactory and good enough to take a small space in the kitchen. It is small and can easily be kept anywhere. Although it weighs just as same as some other mixers which are quite large and hefty.
Service and support:
I tried going to the service center but they just did not did anything . They keep telling me that it happens few time. But they did nothing to repair that. That is why I did not like this product at all.
