This idea and design seems good. Everything was fine for initial 2 yrs, then it started giving problems (won’t start) and within 3 months I have gone 3 times to service center.
They are not able to repair properly moreover you will be lucky if you find service centers near you. They do not have good numbers of service center.
Considering the price(5.5 K) and the brand I will give this only 2 stars. Please note that I have one USHA (don’t remember names exactly) and one local mixer\grinder at my native house and for last 13 years not a single problem.
Better buy some well tested one instead of investing in this.
