Philips 32" LED a big mistake

I have purchased a Philips LED 32” TV Model No.  32PFL4355/V7 dated 28th Aug 2011 vide invoice # DA/BT/408 from “Girias  Investment P Ltd”, BannerGhatta Road Showroom, Bangalore, Karnataka.


Since the day I brought this TV I am facing the problem in  its picture quality. The picture is getting blur and sharp in every 3  seconds. So when we are watching some news channle or movie a face can  be seen for a sec with clean shaved and 3rd second it looks with very  slight shave. I mentioned and written same in the customer satisfaction  paper the person came to install the TV.


Later after 15 days  another technician came and checked the TV and said there is some  problem with the quality and he will write a report to company and get  back to me. After 15-20 days I approached to him and he said he has  already sent report to company and company people would contact me.


Looking  there is no other way I made a complaint using their tool free number  on 22nd Oct. Comp no. PBLR2210110091. After seven – eight days another  technician visited to my residence and then he mentioned the TV has to  be taken to the service center for further diagnostic.


After a  week or so they took my TV set on 7th Nov. Next day when I inquired  about TV they said they are testing and let me know by evening. No call  came till evening then next day I called number of times to the service  center and ultimately I got a response from service center that there is  no problem in TV and it is working fine at our end. They sent me TV  back on 10th Nov stating that one technician would visit to your home  and he will show the correct reception with HDMI.


Since that day  I am waiting for the technician but no one has come to visit my house.  Since I have Tata Sky DTH so I don’t think there is any problem with  cable and also I can see the same problem while watching DVD using HDMI  or Pen Drive so I have no clue why the technician telling that issue is  with cable.


I have made another complain dtd 12th Nov.  PBLR1211110097 to this regards. It is almost 2 & half months became  to this TV set, and I have reported the problem to every technician who  visited to my home still my problem is not solved. I called to Philips  customer care many times but every time they say today the technician  would visit to home.


I requested to replace my tv but no reply  from their side. I am really pissed off with the services Philips india  is providing to its customer. I request every consumer who is planning  to buy philips, just read this  feedback and then decide it is really  worth to trust this company. For authenticity of this feedback please  check the above complain ref no. with their customer care no.


Hope my experience would save some other consumer from a careless without sense and without simplicity company.
