I purchased Philips QT4000/15 Trimmer 5 months before and it is not working now and also company is not replacing even after many calls. it was in 3 years warranty. I tried to contact Philips team with email, chat and call but they are not giving any proper answer what I need to do to replace this item as soon as possible.
Philips is very good company and user friendly but this seems to be very bad experience. Is there anyone who could tell what I need to do right now to replace the same item.
